Privacy policy
What we collect
- RV owners: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, where your RV is parked, details about your RV and the service you need.
- Partners: business and contact details, service area, and a payment card. Cards are stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, used to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To send your service request to a partner, one at a time, until one accepts it. The accepting partner receives your contact details so they can call you.
- To send you emails about your request. Partners also receive text messages about new leads.
- To bill partners referral fees and keep records.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the partner handling your request and with service providers that run the site for us (hosting, email delivery, text messaging and payments).
Your choices
Email eddie@rvcampercare.com to see, correct or delete your information. We keep request records for up to 3 years for billing and dispute purposes, then delete them.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We don't use advertising cookies.
